I ate the majority of perfect days, including eating properly AND EXERCISING whilst on a girls weekend away. Sure, I could have done more exercise, but it is a pretty good start. 2.7kg down since my starting weigh-in and better than I predicted. Winning! So time be open about how my week really went. Healthy, easy recipes that are food intolerant friendly! I wish I could have milk or soy or maybe I should have added coconut milk to it! This dish is really tasty but I think it could have been even better with some cream to it! 1 lb of asparagus. 1 tablespoon of Olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 cups of no-chicken broth. 2 tablespoons of Earth Balance, soy free or butter. 2 tablespoons of flour or GF flour.
