Reflecting the Father

Thursday, November 25, 2010. I have logged another wild week in the books. I should have known in my last semester UCF would not go down without a fight. This one week turned out to be a long embarrassing week academically. At the beginning of each semester I transfer all my class schedules to one outlook calendar. I have seen and made a comparison out of my experience these past weeks. Before I lay out my thoughts let me explain before you paint me as a judgmental and closed minded religious zealot.

My posts come from my personal daily scripture readings and a part of my personal accountability. If we are going to grow as followers of Christ, we must be in the Word! Thursday, August 13, 2015. Over and over again Jesus speaks of love. He commands us to love. We are to abide in love. Love is to be revealed in and through us every single day of our lives so that we will bear fruit. We are to go and bear that fruit, carrying the love of Jesus amon.

Reflecting the Light

A Christian blog designed to aid in your walk with Christ. Friday, May 15, 2015. Our mission team spent a week or so every year working in various locales in the country of Honduras. We built new and rehabbed old buildings, using mostly low quality cinder blocks and whatever wood we could get our hands on. Because only half of our team was sent to work on the little church, I was pressed into the service of more skilled labor, helping build frames for the window shutters and door openings.
