But I have something to say - and it demands a voice bigger than my own. That was the day my battle with Postpartum Depression began. I had a new baby, a great husband, two great big kids, an enviable job.I wasnt thankful enough. I needed some perspective. I needed to get over myself. Thats the advise people.PS Please exc.

Wednesday, October 22, 2014. I just returned from 5 days away on a Mama vacation! While away I did not eat clean but did manage to eat in control. Woohoo! Today I am back to clean eating and going for a massage. Thursday, October 16, 2014. One Meal at a Time. Yesterday was a struggle! I felt stressed and worked hard to get through it without over eating. after about 5 hours I caved! Today is a new day and I have been back to clean eating all day! That I will not eat in control.
