The streets of downtown buzzed with excitement as people bustled from one participating restaurant location to the next during the much anticipated Savour The Chill Soup Contest. It was very encouraging to see so many on the streets on Saturday. What was especially encouraging were the appreciative comments I overheard while standing in lines. Congratulations to all that participated to make this happen; the BDIA, Brens Bakery, Earl and Ang.
