Wednesday, April 5, 2017. My last entry ended with us waiting for answers on why Luna was so small, developmentally delayed, and waiting to find out how her eyes were. This is from a Facebook post I made the day after she got her first pair of glasses. Luna did so well with her glasses at breakfast. Then her brothers came in to see her and played peek a boo and let her touch their faces.
Monday, October 1, 2012. Refreshing Grape and Kale Smoothie. That I posted required, so I just made up my own. This was delicious and so different from our typical berry smoothie! The strawberries were very subtle, and the primary flavor was a refreshing, slightly sweet mix of grape and kale flavor. 2 large handfuls of fresh spinach, washed. 1-2 large sprigs of fresh kale, washed. 3-4 baby carrots, washed.
Tuesday, October 16, 2012. Well I am trying to be better at this blog and if I fail. Then I will be shutting it down, but for now I will keep trying I got a lot of family comments in email telling me they enjoyed it. This Monday I had surgery. Family pics from this July.
