Marinate with salt and turmeric. Dont fry the fish. Heat oil in a wok . Add kalo jeere , ginger garlic paste and green chillies and turmeric. Temper. Add water and salt . When hot add the fish. In a bowl mix doi and mustard paste. When the fish is tender add the doi mixture .Cook for 5 mins. Oil in a kar.
