I didnt like the recipes I found online, so I invented this one, with the added benefit of using my gardens roma tomatoes. 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed can use refried. 1 lb ground beef. 1 T chili powder. 12 tsp. garlic powder. 12 tsp. onion powder. 12 tsp. dried oregano. 12 tsp. ground cumin. 14 tsp. salt. 2 cups fiesta blend grated cheese. 1 can sliced black olives. 3 sliced green onions. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
