I can remember when I first came across this verse. I was ill at the time and my life was a mess. The ones I have lived through. Then I felt a rush come over my heart. I recognize it now as faith welling in my heart.

It is a great way to start the day! 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter. 1-2 teaspoons agave nectar. Mix together and enjoy. I have this with a cup of coffee with coconut creamer and 12 pack of stevia. If I feel like I need it, I have a little fruit with it. Most mornings I dont though. Note As part of my morning regimen of vitamins, I also have a tablespoon of. Almond butter andor oats.
