High school bans girls from putting on short skirts. Mini skirts are banned in a school for the reason that head teacher mentioned students have repeatedly breached principles by wearing skirts above the knee. So, by September, girls at Moulton School in Northamptonshire will be forced to put on black color tailor-made pants. Mr Jones said he had noticed pupils coming into high school with short-skirts midway up their upper thighs or simply higher.
