Monday, June 04, 2012. OK, OK, so I was totally lazy about posting my weekly delicious meals. Here are some of the highlights. Simple but tasty - garlicky pasta with a fried egg on top. Extremely delicious pasta with chicken, butternut squash and radicchio. Steamed sole with simple pea sauce, garlicky green beans, yummy bread. Lasagna in a loaf pan.
