Diams; March 31, 2012. Well it is 3 am and we are about to begin out journey home. It has been an incredible two weeks full of many memorable, eye opening wonderful moments. Later we travelled to an archeological site called Chellah which was built before 100 AD and was later used by the Romans. French and ESOL teacher goes global! Welcome to Rabat, the capital of Morocco. Follow the signage to the souk- covered market! Only private school students get to ride the school buses! Public school students have to walk or ride public transporatation. Some boys drive motorcycles or mopeds. Younger students have their parents drive them. The first and last things I did in Morocco was drink mint tea. Cafes are really popular for men- but I went there too! The cookies are almond and pistachio, delicious! .
