Sadly, I have not been able to do this because my riding was put on hiatus in early December. However, the Winter was not a total loss. I did complete my 4 th. I also logged my 4,000 th.

I told Jason Id meet him at a spin class at the gym, instead of riding outside in the rain. The trade off was an extra hour of sleep, and dry socks and shorts. This bike feels foreign to me, and nothing like my Trek. At 545, the instructor dimmed the lights, and started the music. My first ever spin class is starting. What am I in for here?
