Thursday, March 27, 2008. I found my yarn for myself on ebay and i have purchased most of it. Its lion brand homespun and its lovely. I cant wait to get the rest! I will make mine after mickeys, so i have a while to wait. Mickey hasnt choosen his colors yet and i cant wait to make one for him. This is my third blanket. I used Dazzle Aire yarn and its so soft! I used remenants and leftovers for this one and it turned out great. Its everything she wanted and she loves it. Monday, March 3, 2008.
Friday, May 22, 2009. I am back and with a vengeance. Hoo doggie did it come out perfect! It was in the shape of Oregon and I put some of the bigger cities on it, along with rivers and highways. I made the cake, butter cream frosting and fondant from scratch and it all tasted yummy. I am soooo excited it seems that i am getting better every time I try. Wednesday, October 29, 2008.

The high running emotions of my teenage daughters, as well as their subtle and perhaps subconscious manipulation tactics have really tied my stomach in knots. I have made the mistake of allowing myself to get excited about plans for us to go out for the last two nights. I know that expectations are simply resentments waiting in the wings. Most of these pics are of the seagulls because even though they are noisy scavengers, I got some really pretty pictures of them in flight, but this one is from the bow of the ferry as we crossed from Seattle to Bremerton and the water on Puget Sound was just gorgeous! 160;I had to take the picture, and it came out so well I just had to share.
