Apologies if this is just too smug. but I seriously need reminding sometimes of what the achievements are. One year ago today, I had my first weight-in, measure-in, counselling session and juices at Obsidian. Weight dropped from 13-1 to 10-6. BMI has gone from just over 30 to just over 24.
I am continually delighted by the random nature of connections generated by the internet. May we all be jumping out of aeroplanes, literally or figuratively, at the age of 85; and never be afraid to blow our own trombone. Thursday, 13 August 2009. Thanks again to Pat for this inspirational lady.

Just some thoughts from a ginger. Monday, September 27, 2010. Thanks to Andrew for helping me get over writers block. We live a symphony, full of meter, rhyme, and melody. We rise to the blare of an alarm, stretch sleepily, get dressed, begin our day, come home, make dinner, eat, watch TV, go to bed. It was obvious that he was waiting for someon.

Wednesday, September 10, 2014. We are now transitioning to Fall. School has started, the days are slowly becoming cooler, and leaves are beginning to change colors once again. In welcoming September, the littles and I made applesauce and apple banana bread. Recipe to make our applesauce. For applesauce lovers, this is a must try! Next, I had some bananas that were beginning to turn brown, and from where I now had some extra applesauce on hand we also made apple banana bread.
