A flock of geese leave their lake and take wing, turning to poems in the sky. August always seems to come suddenly! There you are, enjoying the summer when suddenly you notice that the days are getting a little shorter and birds are on the move again. Returning to Wildwood we are still seeing Herons and Kingbirds, Swallows and Kingfishers. But nearby at Harrington, the shorebirds have been arriving along with Great Egrets.

Obviously my promise to write every week failed epically.I cant even believe that its the end of June already! I will try to catch up as best I can! Just some of the birds I was able to get my hands on included Yellow-bellied Flycatcher, Blue-winged Warbler that Im really sad I didnt get a photo of!
