This weekends project was to build a small brick coal merchants office for Smestow. Close up pictures can be very cruel. Not only dose the picture show all the imperfections but it also shows up the difference between the Slaters Plasticard used for the walls and the Wills bricks used for the arches. 2-364 Replacement Dapol Fruit D Chassis Quick Build. Last week my shop 2 order from the 2mm Association arrived through the post. Amongst other things I ordered there were 2 of the newly released etched chassis kits designed by Chris Higgs to replace the moulded N Gauge chassis on the GWR Dapol Fruit D wagon. Overall its a really nice kit and it improves .

Dover Priory Network Rail Depot 2. Well after seeing the Network Rail Shed, my customer then showed me a photo of the building I posted at the the end of the last post. Like his Dover Priory signal box, it was to be clad in SE Finecast English Bond plasticard sheet on a foamex substrate. A foamex roof was added, flush fitted through careful measurement between the gable end.

It has been a hectic few weeks, and not much time for modeling with so many other activities going on recently.
