Monday, March 30, 2009. Accept some stress as normal in life. Work towards stress using it creatively. We should be confident that we can handle stress creatively. We should remember the time when we were successful. Everything passes and nothing remains. Stress is produced by ourselves,so,we should stop stress producing thinkings. We should not react on stress producing stimuli. We should be prepared to work in the worst possible scenerio. We should think and plan actioms for fighting out the stress.

Hace bastante tiempo que no escribia en mi blog, mas por razones de tiempo porque simplemente estos ultimos meses se han esfumado y te tenido que hacer muchisimas cosas. El año pasado termine mas que agotada y necesitaba descansar bastante y recuperar un poco de fuerzas, y que mejor que estar en Rancagua, mi linda ciudad en donde me he reencontrado con muchos de mis conocidos, desde compañeras de colegio que no las veia hace 10 años y la junta con mis amigotes del liceo y familiares.
