Project Europa!

Sunday, June 1, 2008. The big news in our little corner of the world is that Stan got married! The ceremony went off without a hitch, and I had a great time at the reception. It was lovely to reunite relatives from out of town who I hadnt seen recently and make some new aquaintances from the brides side of the family. Were all delighted and excted and wish the happy couple much joy. Monday, March 10, 2008. The stadium at Olympia. Monday, February 18, 2008. What is the object of my love?

Travels with Kathy

Sunday, April 27, 2008. One last post from Rome. The one I hate more than anything is the bubble gun, but amazingly enough, when it was in a room with us instead of on the street being shot at us, it made it much more appealing. Anna tried to figure out the different surfaces she could make bubbles on. Well, the time is finally here. we fly back to America one week from Friday! Sunday, April 20, 2008.

JavaScript is a language that has always been at odds with itself. It derives its core strength from a simple, flexible object model that allows code reuse through direct object-to-object prototypal inheritance, and a powerful execution model based on functions that are simply executable objects. Unfortunately, there are many aspects of the language that obscure this powerful core. Continue reading Constructors Are Bad For JavaScript.
