Thursday, May 22, 2014. This piece is a printing of my own personal logo. The material I used was similar to that of an eraser. It was easy to carve into but the challenging part was the shavings that were left over in the gaps. I used line space, value and balance for this piece. In this assignment I chose a flower and zoomed in on the main part of the flower. The flower I chose was the birds of paradise because of the fiery color the petals have and the interesting shape it is.
My name is Sam and I love cartoons, video games and Disneyland. I have always enjoyed drawing. I chose to be in this class because i wanted to improve my skills.
