An attempt to report my progress for the next year ending with completion of the 2009 edition of the Marathon des Sable. Wednesday, 2 September 2009. Well this blogging idea died a bloody death. What a fantastic experience despite the initial concerns arising from monsoon conditions on the way to the first campsite. Monday, 10 November 2008. Sunday 26th October - 20 miles running.

So here it is! Brace yourself, because Iceland is absolutely insane looking. Fresh off our flight from Heathrow, we stop by the blue lagoon. The first of literally hundreds of waterfalls that we saw. Nick and I met up with my parents, aunt, uncle and two cousins in Iceland. And than we all got together with my Icelandic relatives! Nick found a doggy to play with.

Well christmas break started friday DEC. 19! As you already know my parents went on a suprise trip to San Francisco they came home sunday! Monday and tuesday we just partyed! It was so much fun! Tuesday, January 22, 2008. New Album and such! There is no title yet but soon enough. In other scenes of life, I just came back from a couple of lovely gigs. Friday night I was in Birmingham, AL to a sold out show of a warm and lively audience. Thanks to all who came out to support- I love the warm hosptitality of the south, it is like none other. I will be one happy girl.
