Monday, July 9, 2012. Just as any institution with multiple branches, some libraries are better than others. Surprisingly, it has nothing to do with the neighborhood location. Allow me to rate the 5 branches that I have frequented over the past month. This year I decided to head to the cabin in California to surprise Grandma and Morfar. I picked the time to go based on when Beth and her family were going to be there, as well as when my mom and dad were going to be there.
