I was elated, very much so from the unexpected event that this little moment had allowed. Thrilled that my tired self and curious stare actually brought a little child much delight. And of course happy to be smiling and waving without a care in the world to a stranger I would probably never meet again. It must have been awhile since I last ventured out into something unknown. Perhaps I need to slow down once again.
