Thursday, May 9, 2013. A Perfect English Summer Day. Happy to be back in South Dakota! Lori picked me up in Sioux Falls in my normal state of full on streaming allergy attack and some hours later poured me into my house, then shut the door and left me blessedly alone with a box of Puffs. Sunday, August 9, 2015. A Very Humid Sunday And Then. The storms started up. The first one roared through quickly with just rain and wind. The most damage was a tree blown down into the street near a neighbors house. The next one that came through about three hours later was the one that hurt. Heavy rain pouring down and lots of hail.some pretty big. We found some bigger ones later after it quit raining. The rainbow after the storm. Once it quit raining we walked out to look at the garden. Saturday, June 12, 2010. Well, the Toronto ladies have gone and are at home. Seems a bit empty without them. Tuesday, June 8, 2010. The ladies, Vicki and Bernice will be leaving to go back to Toronto on Thursday.
My little corner in the blog world. I eyeballed it from the photo, drew the pattern pieces, and started digging for fabric. I counted 4 large petals and 8 calyces, so I cut twice as many pieces of fabric for each, sewed them together right sides together, leaving the top portion open, and turned and pressed the pieces.
Monday, December 30, 2013. Where oh where did 2013 go? I am not a good blogger for sure. Oh well life happens around here and then we turn the page. I have been MIA due to being a Kin Care provider to this little dude. He is inspecting a biscuit. He is a very good little dude and a joy to me! As for sewing I have not turned on any of my machines since Dec 2012. No time! May each of you have a blessed and happy 2014! .
