The quilt has no applique, but uses fussy cut squares from the panel print. The panel squares are just bordered on 2 sides, log cabin style.

Monday, January 26, 2015. It is Falling Charms from Missouri Star Quilt Company. I have made the quilt before and it looks amazing and is easy to make. I know this seems to be an odd combination for a quilt. The fundraiser is being held by a Hot Rod and Street Rod group. I have used this fabric for my friend before. I made a quilt for her daughter years ago and the skull fabric was the backing for her quilt.

Friday, January 21, 2011. Wow - gone for quite awhile again. I have been gone forever and have lots of news. I have been following some blogs - Rambling of a Fabric Obsesser, Sew Many Ways, Cactus Needle. The best news I have is that my DS and DIL gave me my third grandson on Dec 27th! I am so excited that the IQF is coming to Cinti! I have lots goi.

Friday, August 14, 2015. And the picking begins - chaos. well, sort of . they were a tad bit wonky . such is life lately . after zipping them together I added a couple of outside borders to widen it out . And a couple of the girls.

Sunday, July 26, 2015. Stash Report - Weeks 28-30, 2015. Both of my stash usages over these last few weeks have been in support of some of my goals for the year - it is nice when it works out that way! First up is my string blocks - I cut a few more foundations so that I am ready to go for the next few months, and I also made the two blocks for this month in the cream colorway. I am close to finished on it - down to the hand sewing at the end now. Fabric added last 3 weeks 0 yards. Tuesday, July 21, 2015.CONTENT

Friday, January 8, 2010. Well, I was house cleaning. I was getting rid of the old. In my infinite wisdom I deleted all my pictures on flickr so I would have room for new pictures. for some reason I never thought that would mean I would lose all my pictures here. DUH!
