A day plus 1 in a second year. Just over a year on from the first post and I have to say its a little disappointing. After a good start in January, and a few posts in February and April - since then its been very poor. I did start another blog. For work colleague in the middle of the year and made a flurry of posts but ended up not doing much more. Maybe this time next year well be millionaires. I mean a few more posts! Balletballet, my wife and a ballet shop. So, here is a little shout out.CONTENT

Sunday, January 23, 2011. So for my 40th birthday, I decided to run the San Antonio rock and roll Marathon. I did the whole 26. 04, My fastest time ever! I thought my time was quite funny for the day since it reflected my new age, multiple times! I ran a 25K in 2 hours and 22 minutes! Which got me 3rd place in my age group! The start was freezing! It was 24 degrees! It was my motivation to run so fast, so I could get out of the cold. Saturday, January 22, 2011.

I cannot rid myself of the longing any more than a bird can chew off its beak or a worm grow claws. The act of spreading roots and allowing them to burrow into the earth greets me from afar like a pale horseman wielding a bag for my head and a scythe for my wings. Time is disappearing at an alarming rate.
