Monday, May 02, 2011. It has been a while, but life has been busy. Quentin finally went on his first Canyoneering trip. Jennifer could not make it, but Q and I headed to Northwash Utah outside of Hanksville. The trip was a ACA trip and was a blast. First Rappel in Blarney East Fork. Another rappel in Blarney East. 1st Rappel in Blarney West Fork. West fork - rapelling into the dark slot.

With less than 30 seconds left Quentin stole the ball and kicked it hard. At first it didnt look like it was going to make it, but a defender from the other team tried to block the kick and re directed it in the goal. It counted and Quentin was shocked. We made it to our hotel by noon and had a good lunch with no soup. Our driver then picked us up. For a 4 hour game drive through Lake Manayara. We left and headed for the Serengeti. Tuesday, July 04, 2006. Shi Shi Beach and Point of Arches. Once we reached the beach we saw a flurry of activity, from surfing to fishing and camping. The weather was perfect for hiking, the marine layer kept everything cool and damp. 4 surfers came via boat, they would roll in, drop anchor, surf and then leave. Growing up Southern is a privilege really. My classes are literally killing me this semester. Not to mention my professors always choose to pile their tests on me in the same week. Monday, May 29, 2006. We tried to find the ultimate destination for this trip. I knew how much Jennifer loved the ocean and how much Quentin liked to play in the sand. With that in mind,.
