Sulianich Art Gallery offers a variety of well crafted artwork from local Native artisans from Kotzebue and from the surrounding villages in the Northwest Arctic region. Artwork varies from walrus and mammoth ivory and beaded jewelry, whale bone and caribou skin masks, whale or mammoth bone and ivory carvings, paintings, seal skin slippers, and birch bark basketry among others. All arts and crafts are handmade by local Native artists.
