This month I have been using my Hours app to track productivity during the day as well as sleep patterns during the nights. This has primarily been a way to follow project based work but I have indeed found that in observation comes an increased focus on making sure new initiatives are followed through. Visualised, this presents a good way of also showcasing the past months activities. It is the companies that see.

He Public Service Journalism Awards 2007 was much-awaited event among the provincial journalists in Sri Lanka. The glamorous event was held on November 16 th 2007 at the Galle Face Hotel.
