A place to share my observations and experiences from my all-too-often crazy life. Sunday, July 17, 2011. Keary and Dad put a playhouse together yesterday for the girls. Them eventually fell apart after it rained multiple times, so Dad got them a new one for their birthdays. And even though it has been almost one hundred degrees outside, both girls have really enjoyed playing in it. It has a kitchen, phone, doorbell, and window flower boxes which make for hours of entertainment.

Tuesday, September 13, 2011. We had a great time on our trip camping in Parksville BC this summer. One of the highlights of going to Parksville is always visiting Coombs Market for ice cream. It has lots of unique gourmet condiments, amazing freshly baked breads, unique gifts, and of course, the goats. Coombs Market is known for all the goats that live on the roof! After driving about 9 or so hours on Saturday, we only had 3 hours to go on Sunday. The kids were so excited to see the beach! It was so beautiful! The water was crystal clear too and so blue! Wednesday, October 15, 2014. It was a red sky kind of night. When the whole sky, big, puffy clouds and all turned red, I grabbed my camera and my sister and I went out for a short walk. I snapped away and before we knew it the sky had turned back to its normal shade of bluegray, the light fading from the sky. It was a big reminder of how quickly opportunities come and go, how you should reach out and embrace every happy moment. Dont forget those. Dont ignore them. Links to this post.
