This is such a bold statement despite the constant toxic thoughts that run through my head. Let me tell you a little story of why I am trying to live by these words. Lovable, Confident, and Free. This is something that I strive to feel about myself every day.
The fact that you are reading this means that you may already have taken the first step on the path to recovery. Unless you are a superhero there are a few clicks to go yet. Symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. When dealing with a patient with post traumatic stress disorder, their symptoms can be broken down into three categories. These categories are re-experiencing symptoms, avoidance symptoms and hyperarousal symptoms. Pinpointing them can help a therapist better work with a patient with post traumatic stress disorder. Flashbacks This includes reliving the event that caused the PTSD. This can result in an accelerated heart rate and sweat.
