Wednesday, February 21, 2018. Before the snow, I was able to get her down to the indoor to get her accustomed to it. She seemed interested and a little up, so we had to stop a few times and let her look around. A horse is poetry in motion.

Tuesday, July 8, 2008. My Experience with Proud Flesh. Always consult with your vet first. So the long healing struggle started. The 2 pictures below show the proud flesh and was taken after 5 weeks of incorrect treatment. This is the other side of the hoof. The shot below was taken 10 days after correcting the dressing procedure. The two shots below were taken 6 months after the accident.

So named because it features an artist from each of the 4 states in our area; Arkansas, Kansas, Oklahoma and of course Missouri. She paints mainly with Acrylics on wood panels. I absolutely love the way she uses the grain of the wood panel to help tell the story and be part of the image itself. Friday, December 26, 2014.
