Sunday, October 3, 2010. Canning peaches this year was wonderful! We did 80 quarts in one day! Jason bought me an outdoor cook stove so we canned outside and it was a dream! I loved hosing off the deck to clean up! The boys also helped and I think thats why it went so fast. I am so glad Jason helps me. We went on a hikebike ride with Mom and Dad. It was really fun! There is a really cool train museum by our house. A man turned his yard into an entire rail station. Rocket test launch 35. I am excited.
