Every meal, take half away to eat later. During the move from Victoria to Portland my reusable to-go container broke. This afternoon, however, I intentionally, immediately set aside half of my lunch. I really enjoyed the portion I ate. After work I ate the other half. I think taking half away is going to stick with me.
