Ive come to a point in my life, where I no longer want to try to change who I am. Its not that Ive spent my life being someone Im not. Its more like, Ive spent a lot of my life trying to be something that I thought I should be, instead of embracing me. The truth is, Im a prissy girl. I kinda love that now. I refused to wear pants until I was in 2nd grade. I thought they were too boyish. I was NOT happy about that.

Thursday, April 28, 2016. As soon as I spread everything from my May Here and Now Kit. Onto my desk, I knew that the Paige Evans Patchwork Fancy Free paper was the first to work with. I remembered seeing a bunch of selfies from my daughter on my phone and thought this paper would make the perfect home base for all of those photos. Saturday, March 19, 2016. Thursday, September 24, 2015. Today I have a card decorated with the ancient art form of Mandalas. I used paper doilies, and Stickles, and an assortment of Love My Tapes washi for the repeating patterns. I trimmed each strip of washi length wise to fit my design. I carefully measured and marked my paper to place the wheel and corner tape. I also laid the central strips of washi on wax paper and cut the center circle. Check my blog Scrappin Chao. Saturday, March 17, 2018. Today I have a couple of cards on the SRM blog. That I made using the new Bible Margins Love Clear stamps. By using the same basic overall design for both cards, I was able to complete them rather quickly. I varied the patterned papers and width of the strips. I use them all the time. For these cards, the dot stitch was a perfect way to anchor the sentiment banner to the card.
