I am a Lay Assisting Minister at Central Lutheran Church in Anchorage, Alaska. Part of my role is to write and lead the congregation in the Prayers of the People, based on the lectionary readings for the day. Over the past several years I have written many prayers, and I am sometimes asked for copies of them. I am also a serious amateur photographer, and much of my work is spiritually based. In this blog, I hope to put the two together in a way that readers will find compelling.
