Monday, March 16, 2009. It was my first time participating in a long-distance cycling event. It was a 128km route, I joined it together with my brother and 2 cousins. Next checkpoint was at NTU. Soyjoy energy bars, H2O drinks and bananas were provided. By then, my thighs started to ache a little, I continued after some stretching. My thighs were so numb I had some difficulties walking down the stairs, haha.

Sunday, January 01, 2006. 2005 has finally come to an end. this would also be my last post. Whatever it is, let bygones be bygones, all sad happenings would be forgotten but the happy memories would be intact in my heart forever.

Wednesday, November 08, 2006. The days are not getting any better for this week. My dear wife is always troubled by the pains and the party going on in her tummy. Well, its a good sign actually, that our baby is ready and excited to come see us. My lil girl is afraid of tickles by the way. Love my wife and Keidi so much. Yes I sound like a grumpy old man when I point all these bumps and potholes.
