Thursday, 20 September 2007. There will be about 6 different choirs participating in our Poverty Requiem performance in Ramallah Palestine. The total number of participants is approximately 150 people. Some of these will have to travel from other areas in the West Bank to come to Ramallah, and due to the political situation that makes travel difficult, i cannot garauntee that they will all make it. Hope this is helpful Irheen! I will give more details whenver i have them.

Sunday, 12 October 2008. STAND UP 17TH TO 19TH OCTOBER 2008. OCTOBER 17TH is here aagain and Poverty Requiem willl be resornating around the world. Last year a record 73 million people stood up in asssorted events around the world to remind world leaders tolive up to their promise and commitment to end poverty by 2015 and fasttrack processes that woul sees acheivement of MDGS A REALITY. Thursday, 30 August 2007. 30 August, Second Day. And Sylvia, she is a hero. She explained for the conductors, the meaning of making the requiem. She gave a very good insight in her passion and anger about the injustice of poverty in the world and how she succeeded to put that feeling in some text lines. Her approach is very moving and gave a intensification on the working on the poverty requiem in this workshop. Wednesday, 29 August 2007. 29 august, the first day.

Thursday, 27 September 2007. As indicated in the letter of Mr. On the third day, we had a lovely morning session with the choreographers of the Poverty Requiem.

Monday, 17 September 2007. Amsterdam visits Bethlehem, PA. Saturday, 8 September 2007. In both the afternoon and evening, to create more publicity and allow more people to hear and participate in the work. More importantly, we started learning the music - the students really seem to like it and are very excited about being a part of this project. That makes me very happy and proud of every one of them!
