It is a pleasure to see how happy and content mum is under your care, a testament to all the staff at Pontcanna House. No one could have done more to create a homely environment and no group of staff could have shown more genuine care and affection towards those residents for whom they were responsible. I feel happy and at ease knowing that Mother is in very safe and capable hands. The staff are always courteus and friendly. Most importantly, my mum is happy here.
