Saturday, January 24, 2009. A Light From The Past. This was one of our stops in Pacific Grove during our 10 year Anniversary stay at the Gosby House Inn. A lighthouse keepers life was pretty interesting. Did you know they used to have to crank the turntable for the light once every four hours to keep them running? The pictures above are of the parlor on the main floor of the lighthouse. There is an entrance to the basement off to the left and I assume that it was used for storing food and other items es.CONTENT

The vivid memory of mine. Thursday, 21 November 2013. The grass is greener on the other side. Yes I finally got a job ages ago. On the other side of the country where is greener, some say.
