October 07, 2017. Another summer-like day in October happened today, and that was alright with me! Today, I had a PH support group meeting. Ive sort of lost count of how long Ive run this support group, but I know its well over 10 years. I enjoy having meetings, because I get to see my phriends! Friday.

I cooked a whole chicken in the crockpot today and put a whole unveiled potato on top of the chicken. After a nice long nap, I had chicken, a potato and peas for dinner.
