Through my thoughts and consume. My shattered heart, broken by loss. Of my loved one, no longer at my side.

Wise men speak because they have something to say; Fools because they have to say something. Saturday, July 2, 2011. Have you ever found a friend. That makes your heart glow. You feel honored to know. Someone to laugh with perhaps even to cry. Someone whom you love no matter what they do. Someone who just seems to understand you. Someone that you think of day and night. Someone you pray for as you go to bed.

Sunday, May 26, 2013. In memoriam Drummer Lee Rigby. Just out for a walk after an early stack. Not looking for trouble, not watching my back. Mothers with prams holding hands with their kids. Not paying attention to the car as it skids. Caught completely off guard not expecting what comes. One man with a knife another with guns. No chance of defence no chance to fight back. Looking for help as the cowards attack. An angel arrives as the light turns to grey. A woman attempts to steer attackers away.

Saturday, 9 December 2006. My heart cannot accept less. Determined to be remembered past my death. All these needs cause so much stress. Barely any time to catch my breath,. Above the clouds and past the sea. For that is the only way I will feel the caress. Of success across my chest. Go to my grave known as the best. Leave a trail of bodies known as the rest. And only then can I slow down. And find a smile within this frown. Put my feet up and my ass down.
