I mix two different waffle mixes to make a big, healthy recipe. Then, I make the whole batch and freeze them for the week. Voila! Healthy, yummy toast-able frozen waffles! Megs Hybrid Waffle Mix. 1-12 c. Trader Joes Multigrain Baking Mix. 2 c Trader Joes Buttermilk Pancake Mix. 12 c vegetable oil. Megs Blueberry Lemon Waffles.
