Sunday, February 24, 2013. Last week was a week of really bad eating, I knew something had to change very quickly. Ive been stuck on a plateau for almost three weeks and I could tell that I was starting to get discouraged. So, Thursday night I decided to get back on track. Instead of eating another prepackaged freezer meal, I decided to get creative in the kitchen. Sorry, someday Ill learn how to take better food pictures.
