Sunday, August 14, 2011. Growing up, we had a blanket that was Magical! Taking a nap was always perfect. The blanket was made by my Grandma, and was made of leftover upholstery scraps. The reason it is so magical, is that the fabric is really dense and heavy, making the blanket heavy. which feels like a warm hug. Curling up in a chair with this blanket is the best 20 minute catnap ever! Saturday, October 31, 2009.

Saturday, July 10, 2010. I didnt have visions of grandeur when it came to my children and swimming this summer. Ive never been confident in the water thanks to a certain traumatizing experience during my early childhood, but I am quite proficient. However, much to my surprise.I was underestimating my children! Because of our spring being a bit chillier than normal and a couple of fantastic trips, our visits to Nanas pool didnt really start until July. Heres the Piton boys swimming time line.CONTENT

Friday, February 8, 2013. We have definitely discovered that the winters are harsh here! They are L-O-N-G and the temps are much colder. We have about triple the snow now from these pictures. Most were taken in our yard, but there are some down at the bottom that were taken over Christmas at my parents house. Oh, and, I should also say that all of these pictures were taken by my Dad.
