To the left of that square of Sweetcorn is some Curly leafed Parlsey, beyond the next hurdle are some more Shallots and some dark purple Cornflowers, all planted out this weekend. My garlic growing has progressed over the years due to its relative success. Bung them in during late autumn and you can pretty much leave them alone until their leaves go yellow during the summer and its time to harvest. That said, the cloves have never been that big.
