Tender chunks of British Beef smothered in our Long Clawson Stilton Sauce with Puff Pastry lid. 25 minutes on number 4 from fresh. I havent had a steak and stilton pie in a very long time and have to say its one of my favourites. They are also quite difficult to get correct when you make them, the Stilton sauce is either too weak so you cant taste it, or too over powering.
