It was hot and humid first thing this am, but I made it! All of the proceeds went to cancer research. My time was 38 min, although. My goal was around 32. On the treadmill I have done it in 32, but outside is allot.
For years Memorial Day kicked off the beginning of summer. I come from a family who has served in the military. My stepdad did almost 40 years in the Air Force Reserves. We are a patriotic family. We also mentioned those who served our country in our prayer before our big gathering meal on Memorial Day. Rob was a Navy SEAL on SEAL Team 6. Truly the best of the best.
