This time I had some kibbeh left and decided just to make balls and fry them without the stuffing for a change. I like to have them with a green salad and some fries. 2 cups of fine bulgur wheat.
كوب ونصف دقيق ذاتي الاختمار. يتم تسخين الفرن لدرجة 180 ,دهن قالب دائري مقاس 20 سم ويبطن بورق الخبز. بتتدريج يضاف البيض وبعد كل اضافه يخفق الخليط جيدا. ثم تضاف الفانليا والدقيق ومع الخفق وبعدها ياضف الزبادي. يسكب الخليط في قالب المعد مسبقا. وبعد اخراجها من الفرن تترك في القلب لمدة 30 دقيقه وبعدها تقبل على سلك لتبرد,يخلط كميه قليله من السكر والقرفه وترش فوق الكيك .
