My name is Katy Crumpton, Im a stay at home mommy of 3 incredible boys ages 8, 3, and 2. Ive been married to my best friend Philip for 9 12 years. We met at Hardin-Simmons in the music department. Our home is always loud, fun and full of excitement! What a fun accomplishment! However, even putting in 20 miles on average on the pavement a week, I only lost 5 lbs. I felt gr.CONTENT
