Tuesday, June 21, 2011. I mysteriously lost 6-7 lbs. I have no idea what I did differently. I just know that size 16 shorts fit again, and the scale was under 190. So far this summer has been thoroughly unpleasant. I am hoping with better choices, better days will follow. All I want to do is run and hide. Perhaps instead of naming my blog, Phat Girlz Guide to Running. I should have opted for Depressing.
